My Football Journey

My football journey began as a soccer goalkeeper. My brother played soccer and football at Monarch and was their kicker his senior year. The freshman team didn’t have a kicker and my brother said that I would help out. I could barely kick a football that year, but fell in love with the sport and the game. Sophomore year, after training with Coach Rafter for a year, I became the varsity back-up and even kicked in a few games. I became the starting kicker for Varsity my Junior year and my senior year will also be adding starting punter to my repertoire.
